Winter miseries
Winter is all here in its fullest form here in SW michigan. I have been living more than 5 years and virtually have seen 5 winters....belive me it aint pretty anymore....i mean look at the people around you. The other day i was out with my friends to a restuarant and we looked at the people around us....nobody seemed to be happy....there is this grim sadness in their faces....what is it....i and my friends started pondering and voila.....here is what we concluded....the weather. winter in this part of the country has not bought happiness....instead the feeling of lonliness and depression ( i didnt want to say this at the beginning.....i am forced to)Depression brings with it the whole package of miseries!! No offence to the skiers and other winter sports lovers. It does stink in the winter...with the long cold nights and ha weekends...they are the worst. i prefer to work on the weekends if everyone comes to work.
well not everyone might agree, try it and you will mostly agree. I know people who have lived in this part of the country all their lives....they simply DONT like it here.
There is something about he sunshine which brings out life in us....the hope and the spirit of life brings about happiness which lacks in winter dullness.
